he was in the their movie “An Extremely Goofy Movie” which was made in 2000 and he was on the show “house of mouse” as the Parking valet and that ended in 2004. Which makes him a "dawg" lol and he doesn't have flaring nostrils he has a small nose that looks wet. If they’re willing to have a rabbit-cat relationship, why not the possibility of a dog-cow relationship?
